Who We Are: A Legacy of Service
Rho-Eta Outreach Foundation C.I.C. builds on the rich legacy of Rho-Eta Galleon, a fraternal organisation with a history of transformative community service. For years, our members have worked tirelessly to address pressing social issues affecting Afro-Caribbean communities.
From conducting health checks that have touched thousands of lives to donating to food banks that support vulnerable families, we've made a tangible difference across England. Our women's conferences have equipped families with knowledge to strengthen homes, whilst events like the London 10K have raised vital funds and awareness.
Now, as a registered Community Interest Company, we're amplifying this impact with structured governance and strategic partnerships that extend our reach even further.
"What began as a fraternal initiative has blossomed into a powerful force for community transformation. Every health check, every food parcel, every mentoring session represents our commitment to creating the change we wish to see."

Conducted in hundreds of communities across England, our screenings have detected early signs of diabetes, hypertension, and other conditions in thousands of individuals who might otherwise have gone undiagnosed.

Breaking Cycles of Disadvantage
Young people from Afro-Caribbean communities often face unique barriers to achievement, from educational disparities to limited access to professional networks. Our youth programmes address these challenges head-on.

Poverty Alleviation Programme
1
Identifying Needs
We work with community partners to identify families experiencing food insecurity, housing instability, or other forms of material hardship.
2
Resource Mobilisation
Our 151 members contribute to monthly collections of food, clothing, and household essentials, supplemented by donations from supportive businesses.
3
Food Bank Partnerships
Regular donations to local food banks ensure resources reach those most in need, with special attention to culturally appropriate food items.
4
Direct Support
In urgent cases, we provide direct assistance to families facing immediate crises, from emergency food parcels to school uniform support.
